Procurement
A big space for improvement
Typical start ups, a lot of things to manage and improve.
Data analyst
Supportive management & colleagues. Great overall working environment
Lacking in terms of benefits (monetory/health)
Manager
•People in my team •(Nothing more)
This company is unstable, poorly managed, and offers no real career development. Leadership constantly talks about vision and improvements, but nothing meaningful ever changes. Work-life balance is nonexistent—you’ll often be expected to work 7 days a week. Frequent layoffs make job security nearly impossible, and the environment drains more than it gives back. Whether you’re starting out or already experienced, there are far better companies that provide stability, growth, and respect for employees. tl:dr •Frequent layoffs, no stability •No work-life balance •Poor management and direction •Empty promises of improvement •Weak internal systems
Business operation improvement
Great team members and manager, the environment really supportive both in HQ and ground ops. Great benefit of private and government insurance. Great place to seeking for new experience and learn if you are fresh graduate (1-2 years experience)
Typical start up that still not stable due to the human resources and structure (they changed a lot!) one division can managed more than 2-3 roles, KPI between function isn't suitable for us to hit the KPI, lack of bonuses and there are so much repetitive issues especially in operation team.
Parcel sorter
Good environment in the place
There is no cons for being parcel sorter
Software engineer
Autonomy over work and decision-making is high. High ability to prioritise learning and growth. You are allowed to work on different domains even if you don’t have prior experience. Exposure to different parts of the engineering stack. Generally, the technology stack is modern and relevant to what the industry is using.
Technical Ineptitude: Some Vice Presidents of engineering, lacking in technical prowess, lead with blindfolded eyes, unable to grasp the complexities of our field. Their incompetence drags down the entire engineering department, stifling progress and innovation. Sadly, many of the potential benefits above are overshadowed by the detrimental impact of our senior leaders. Disengaged Leadership: Meetings serve as mere theatrics for our Vice Presidents, who sit in clueless silence, detached from the pulse of our operations. Their absence of meaningful contribution fuels a culture of apathy and disconnection among team members. Global Expansion Failure: With misguided intentions, our leaders spearheaded the establishment of engineering centres in Vietnam, Palestine and now even India, only to sow seeds of discord and incompetence. These ventures have soured the once-promising global outreach, tarnishing our company's reputation and diminishing morale. Evaluation Vacuum: Amidst the chaos, our Vice Presidents neglect to implement a coherent evaluation framework for our engineering teams. This lack of accountability breeds confusion and mediocrity, leaving employees adrift without clear guidance or direction. Culture of Decline: As whispers of dysfunction spread, ninja descends into a quagmire of its own making. The erosion of trust and respect, fueled by our Engineering's leadership failures, signals a grim future for those who dare to remain aboard this sinking ship.

Senior associate
Friendly bosses, non-hierarchical, flexible work culture, great work-life balance
Low pay and tech side can be improved
Associate

Sales analyst
Fast paced and you can learn a lot.
Lots of arbitrary work in commercial.
