- Was hired for the commercial team by the HOD, unfortunately he didn't show any support throughout my time with the organisation. - C-Suite & 'old birds' who have been with the organisation the longest, very much practice 'Bro' codes amongst themselves with hardly any basic communication with other teams or other mgmt colleagues. - HR is poorly managed with no direction & operational matters in place - Employees including mgmt can waltz in & leave anytime of the day. - 'Kampung' mentality amongst the staff, especially the area sales managers, where they do not believe in supporting newbies & providing proper training, hence turnover is super high as they themselves do not believe the importance & value of training, so they literally enjoy not taking any responsibilities for their own actions. - SG mgmt depts were retrenched & no further directions / support were given to the rest of the other country's relevant teams, hence the teams in the other countries were left like headless chicken & couldn't defend themselves with their HODs.

-Too long working hours -Working place is too hot, no fan or aircond -Staff need to work standing for the whole 10.45 hours -No transportation Support -No support for good Surau / Prayers for Muslim (aircond only provided at certain hours)

Low pay and location not good

6 day work week, full saturdays

1. Extremely poor HR experience. This is one of the weakest HR functions I've encountered in my career. 2. Lack of basic HR knowledge and processes, which leads to confusion, delays, and poor employee support. 3.Senior management appears unprofessional in decision-making and communication. 4.Employee concerns are not handled transparently or responsibly.

Salary increment not much compare to other company
