If you're a full time employee here, You can get most of the benifits. Medical, dental, optical and even insurance. Lots of festival activities held. Very proper performance review. Bonus and increment are based on the review. Self-apraisal and you get to discuss your score with the managers. The company is great, it all depends on the team you are working with.

The department is ran by an incompetence self proclaimed HOD and an emotional assistant manager. One wrong words, move, you'll be targeted. Bro/Sis, once that happened, you'll either will kenna Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or you'll quit because of the bad treatments. If ever you accepted the job, try to ask around how many have come and go.
