1. You get knowledgeable people as your teammates 2. Flexibility in work timings 3. Work from home is allowed 4. Everyone wants to leave so lot of time to study together and discuss questions. haha
1. The india head(moved to SG) is like a dectator, he controls everything and everyone, from food menu to budget and your reviews in this "so called" company. 2. People in SG gets all the perks 3. The budget they have for the office looks like the company is about to shut down. 4. They don't have insurance on the laptops which they give, so if there is any fault with the laptop they will deduct from your salary. LOL
