Works are tedious sometimes. No career path.

Tight timeline means very stressful especially for the Executive level who deals with the tedious details of drafting product specs and materials and what not. Not to forget other adhoc project and BAU works need to be done as well. Bosses wont notice these works done as they are not involved in them - consequently they would say we are not doing enough as we are not visible enough to them.

some time need to slightly work overtime

Hardly being recognised and pay raise is low consider other competitions are paying more

The working process is inefficient and back and forth which caused delay in initiatives we have worked on

No authority (only titles). No Recognition. No visibility Team In India is full of referrals who are morons & do nothing except spying in HR. They feel jealous when appreciation from business comes. Leadership and reporting keep changing and when it does they try to harass you so much that you leave on your own and they rebuild team. And this politics in HR is not just in India yet at each location. Central control in HK/SG with high level of politics in HR at all levels, so you end up working diligently plus add on do monkey & moron management, who doesnt trust you and keep spy for you.. No recognition

Be prepared to do a lot of cold calling

Must be very disciplined. Can be hard to find leads.

Working environment, not to good there are bring each other down, etc.

Pretty stressful with high workload

Fast pace company especially currently undergoing system migration very hectic including no proper guideline and materials for new joiner, less headcount and more manual works.

Constant leadership upheavals, restructuring and directional changes

The process is quite manual and slow

Not the best pay few opportunities

On the flip side, working at Prudential is a very slow ride. All pieces of work has its unit cut out in years, quarters, and if lucky, maybe months. Add in the "unexpected" delays that happens all the time, and you can expect to ship "new" things once per year at best. New skills are also not required. Once you've learned all that's needed to work at Prudential, you will have zero external drives to learn new hard skills. Senior leadership may say they value innovation and new ways to improve business, but in reality, your colleagues and KPIs will push back against trying to do anything new. This is terrible for personal and career growth. Unless you actively pursue learning new skills, you may find yourself undesirable by the market - from being overpaid yet underskilled. Especially for younger professionals and competitive fields, this can be catastrophic.

Stagnant learning curve, rapid expansion which led to unstable process

Don't recommend fresh graduates or ppl who doesn't like to socialize

Maybe not so work life balance

wfh is stopped and hybrid to start soon

No leads provide, no basic salary

but with K PI pressures

sometime there is gap campaign instruction between management and agency office
