Extremely great bonuses and employees' perks. Highest annual leaves in the industry. Young generations have so many chances to unleash their potential. The CEO is a great leader and I admire him so much. A lot of talents and great leaders whom you can learn from. Staffs are overall nice and supportive so that you can deliver your work well. Overall very good company
Some senior staffs who have worked at the firm are not really open-minded and they follow procedures extremely well so you have to learn how to be creative and nimble or how to influence them but this can be overcome very easily.
