An established company for almost a century in Malaysia. Rewards are great.
It truly depends on the agency which you joined in. Their systems may not truly fit for you and the environment may not be as fun as it seems. A lot of stress and burnout could happen if you don't have a strong adaptation to stressful situations such as pressure from your leader, which still depends on which agency that you joined. get to know your leader first and see how he does things. if it suits you. it gonna be a smooth journey for you. if not, only stress and time waste would be the only result.
Good Share Incentives, Pension Defined Contribution Scheme, training programs, etc
Job redundancies due to de-merger from M&G Investments
