Data analyst
Good place to work at
Medium in giving out salaries
Sales operations specialist
work-life balance unlimited leaves, as long as the operations is not compromised company events and social organization
you have to look for opportunities by yourself strict with technology usage, late in adapting to advancements since data security is top priority of the company
Senior outsourcing delivery analyst
Culture is good, good work life balance
None for me as I had a nice experience working there
Price reporter
Great company benefits, good salary compared with competitors at other PRAs
Worst management I have ever experienced and everyone is in it for themselves. I have never worked with a more disorganised leadership team and I was so surprised with how the People Leaders (managers). No progression path unless your manager is decent. I was told that progression comes down to luck. People that had been there for less time than I was, and younger than I was with less years of overall job experience were getting promoted to senior positions when they know little about the markets they are covering. Managers learn most of their roles on the job and talent moves around quickly. Most people are in it for themselves and there is a poor team mentality. Often hire people from other countries with no experience which is a real shame. Apprentices and trainees are often left curious as to why they are doing a very similar job than the price reporters but for £20k less.
Senior carbon markets analyst
Great work life balance. Good benefits and great work culture.
Below Market salary compared to competitors. Constant budget cuts and layoffs over past couple years have hurt morale
Middle office associate
Pretty good benefits, kind management with relaxed environment. Relatively good internal mobility with growing team
Not a very high ceiling for career. Most employees have to start temp and may not be converted for up to a year.
Senior account manager
Work life balance great benefits good people
Lack of passion for the business/products (reflects a more established larger business)
Executive director
It was actually IHS Markit at the time, before it was acquired by S&P. It was a great company. Fantastic culture and great career opportunities
None other than the role I was originally interviewed for was elimated after my offer so I was offered an alternative role.
Senior software engineer
Engaging and challenging technical work Opportunity to work with modern technologies Talented and collaborative colleagues Competitive salary and strong benefits package Good work-life balance
Frequent changes in company leadership and governance Shifting priorities every 6-12 months create uncertainty Hard to plan long-term career growth within the company Some internal politics and restructuring can be disruptive
Research associate
1) Good work life balance 2) Rotation shift 3) Balance workload
1) Slow growth 2) No more recognition except promotion
