Low salary compared to Market Night shift job

A lot of redundancies recently despite YoY growth. Not much progression for UK employees. So many jobs are now in India.

The Job security is less.

In certain departments, progression can be tough. There was a restriction in budget which makes promotion to a higher level difficult, but as an employee, the yearly increase due to inflation and salary increase based on performance + performance bonus are still in place.

Salary Hike won't be that great if you work for more than 2-3 years here. In the name of equal opportunity you will still see some form of partiality here.

Flat hierarchy is good but sometimes no visibility to top management
