At least for the Manila offices, the leadership really listens. Great culture among the workforce as well.
In certain departments, progression can be tough. There was a restriction in budget which makes promotion to a higher level difficult, but as an employee, the yearly increase due to inflation and salary increase based on performance + performance bonus are still in place.
