- lack of clarity regarding growth in the company

Disorganization and confusion around the constant reorgs with poor communication. Managers are not required or encouraged to use any kind of employee management systems in some parts of the organization. People managers aren't incentivized to be good managers.

I do not have much to say on it as i am a fresher there

-Over a period of its difficult to get better exposure

Siloed experience, and you could be dealing with an inexperienced manager, which makes creativity and career growth difficult.

Large size can mean slower pace sometimes, but people are willing to listen to new ideas.
