Employee friendly policies: Owing to the global reach and size of the organization, they have fantastic policies in all respects (leave, maternity/paternity, etc.) The salary levels are also at par (if not exceeding) with the industry standards.
There can be some disparity based on the specific divisions in the organization - likely to occur as the organization has had its fair share of mergers and acquisitions and it takes time to standardize everything.

Communication has been poor and I feel like growth opportunities are slim currently. Management feels not accountable for some poor decisions made recently.
