- Great local team culture - Local Management is very understanding and does care abt the team - Good starting compensation and benefits like day 1 hmo and unlimited pto (with approval)
- Barely any career progression if you stay within this role for too long so get out after a 1 year or so or try to transfer teams - After quite some time, the workflow gets really monotonous and you will lose a heap ton of motivation - extra initiatives are there but the feeling of emptiness will persist - Clients pretty much have free reign on what they can ask the cs assocs to help them with when sometimes it is already just making the associates do a ton of tasks that are supposed to be their work - Salary increases is minimal even for promotions - international leadership seems to really just care about numbers over qualitative assessments - despite the benefits, its clear that senior management cares more about just pleasing clients even if it means associates get overworked and stressed out because of clients being so demanding and entitled - daily feeling of you don’t know what to expect to get because your cases are based on what clients asks to be assisted in.

Bad management in the workplace. Barely any direction
Great benefits. Seems to be an advocate for work life balance.
Toxic culture. They like to brag about culture, but if you have to constantly bring it up, that means it’s not good.
- Work life balance due to poor resource allocation
- blind management, nepotism, a place that favors tenor over actual output and people's capabilities - hiring "talent' in "talent hubs' like PENANG lol - commercial side always changing their structure ever year/other year - stagnant base pay, competitors have caught up
Director, product management
Good benefits with good time off policies
They have layoffs every quarter and eliminate people, but not the jobs. Other employees gain additional work with those jobs and no resources are hired to help. Everyone is stretched way to thin.
Senior associate
Great place to meet people with like minded that are helpful and generous. Collaboration is top notch and highly encouraged so ideas shared may be implemented across all departments.
Office politics can be a pain.
