- Low annual hike - Very bad upper management - Being an employee of IHS Markit which got acquired by S&P Global, there were significant changes. Good changes were limited to Benefits. - As a developer, your performance is affected by your Github check-ins and various other metrics which don't make a lot of sense. If you are a senior developer who spends a lot of time on design and not doing enough Git commits, your performance can be affected. - Silent layoffs even if company has good revenue numbers. - Growth is extremely hard if you are on the technology side. - Tremendous amount of red tape and lot of jerking around by senior management. - US team wants to offshore all work to India and similar countries. Talent retention in US is very low.
