No growth Less pay Less benefits

Regorgs, low pay and not great career profession

Nothing as such here for this

Less hikes and less promotions

Slow growth Hierarchy can hinder performance

Progression can be slow. As it's a US company, working hours can be volatile if based in a different timezone, technology is dated.

Pay could be better and I was looking for a more intense and work heavy work.

Not recommended for someone who wants to learn new technologies

Very long hours, there won't be much of a work life balance.
