Big corporation so sometimes career progression can be slower

Their business is just acquiring companies and sell after making profit

None I see as of now

1. Could be better on compensation 2. Too big to manage at times, too many layers of hierarchy

Salary range should be align to industry Few managers are really poor and incompetent and they have their own ecosystem and will harass and humiliate you and if you reach-out to HR nothing will result into solution Promotions and career growth is very slow and some time favoritism work, people consider their own circle employees for promotions so no equal opportunity while openings for Leadership positions

Salary is on the lower side
