If I had to write this review 2 years back then there would have been many but now none because of restructuring
•Shifted from people first attitude to business first attitude •laying off people without any second thought • lot more internal politics than in any consulting or product based company for survival •all company benefits are subject to manager approval and not all managers are real people leader who think employees as human • earlier S&P was the best company I have worked for but in recent years, it has changed completely. • even if you reach out to HR for any help or to make any complaint, they will take 2 months in the name of investigation and later come back with blames against you only. •Democracy is not free in S&P. It comes with a price tag of a job. If you speak up, you will loose your job. •uber micromanagement by some managers against whom no action can be taken

Only work culture but now a day as it pathetic at after forming EDO division at company
They give just a week’s notice before laying off employees without providing any reason. I’ve been with this organization for the past six years and have never seen such a culture—except during the COVID period. The new management is extremely poor. Avoid joining this company if you have other opportunities
