average pay, few promotion opportunities, have to compete against global offices

A bit of an older company (been around for forever) so not much culture in the office and pretty straight-edged.

Australia management team is clueless and does not subtly racist and ageist. Thinks that young people means less capabilities

Pay is not competitive Too corporate in my opinion

sometimes micromanagement create Frustration and manger is not good enough to recognize your efforts

No feedback after interview ghost you sometimes

Working hours are slightly delayed because we need to collaborate with our team.
