Change is a constant at this company, with teams being restructured at least once a year. People are tired, unmotivated, and overworked.

Limited upside and exit opportunities.

No major cons everything is good

They haven't evolved locally to create better paying opportunities

No job security, full office politics

Work culture, too much competitive environment, Tight Deadline with high-quality of expectations

Nothing as I can think of

No work life balance and guess what you don't get paid for overtime.
