None that other companies may not have.

Micromanagement Not much opportunity to grow professionally (in my department)

Little room to grow your career. Very focused on hitting annual numbers.

Nothing, all is good, best only

Micro management, no work life balance, unrealistic targets,

Since org restructure, it has been bad .Shaky and undecisive leadership. Lot of internal extremely bad politics at play, especially onshore vs offsore where onshore wants to take the credit for all the work done by offshore. Favoritism openly seen. Unskilled People hired by references. Extreme pressure.

Work Life Balance is not much
