No cons, very happy with my current employment

Little less growth opportunities. work is a little monotonous.

Salary, growth, location based priority, Management and job security

Less competitive pay against other financial services firms but it gets compensated by good benefits and work life balance

Hire and fire culture. More emphasis of recruiting freshers and less experienced candidates.

Not progress No internal growths

Growth in terms of salary is very bad. Promotions are on the basis of seniority basis and not your work.

Depends on project to project

Growth can be low. Salary hikes are less

Lay offs, No free food at office
