It's pros are amazing! 1. Earn Leaves : 18 EL,10 Casual Leaves,10 Sick Leaves, Holidays 12(5 Fixed and 7 optionals),1 Birthday leave, Wellness leaves (5 days annually). 2. 6months paternity leaves and 6 months maternity leaves. 3. 20k Wellness annually 4. 8 Earned leaves automatic encashments annually with base salary amount. 5. 100% + will get bonus amount whatever market is. 6. Hike % is good. 7. The Bangalore office interiors is too good. 8. weekly twice/thrice will get snacks free. 9.Free Cab facilities.(If are you going to office) 10. Yearly gifts are too good. 11. This many pros won't get any product base. 12. Flexi work culture and work life balance is too good. 13. Teammates are supportive and friendly. 14. Salary structures is too good ..no unnecessary components in salary structure.
if your profile is development or testing then getting good technologies are depends on product and project. - When you are declaring the tax regime is very difficult to give so many documents.(The process i don't like)

Like most public companies, execs focus on delivering short term shareholder value vs innovation and investment in the long term. Costs are not looked at as an investment with a return on investment. Lowering costs and increasing margins is not expected to impact revenue growth. NY office location is not ideal.
