- Does not pay as per industry standard - Lesser scope of learning

Sales and marketing not necessary, money just walked in the door. Salespeople would congratulate themselves on a success and blame market vagaries on failure, when in fact they had little effect either way on company performance. Management was endlessly restructured. In eight years I went through four CEOs and five line managers, with no opportunity for promotion.
