Business development manager
Working at Schneider has been a great overall experience from my point of view: -High possibilities for growth and opportunities to perform different roles across the company, either within the country or abroad. -Great benefits and competitive salary. -They accept remote working as long as you meet your objectives, which I find fair
-Work–life balance is not as good as it could be; contributors often work more than 9 hours per day. -The objectives and targets are very ambitious. -Some managers are true leaders who help boost your career, while others are simply bosses who lead you to burnout— and HR is aware of that.

Travel if you don't like it, wage theft by vague policies, PTO theft on leaving, refusing to pay company expenses on leaving company, communication issues, policy issues, management issues from the top down, training issues, expectations of field service issues, bad managers mean people leave and then they prevent you from changing roles
