Sometimes hike and growth may be stagnant depending on the team and project

Lack of engagement to share knowledge between team members Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Finance Analyst etc. It makes hard to understand what are the expectations

The layers and groups in the company occasionally make it difficult to make decisions and can slow things down
