The standout feature of this company is absolutely the people and the culture. Teams are collaborative, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. There’s a strong sense of community and shared purpose, which makes coming to work enjoyable. The wellbeing initiatives are fantastic, thoughtfully designed and truly impactful, showing that the company cares about its employees beyond just the job. It’s a place where you feel valued and encouraged to grow.
More investment in wellbeing needed.
Senior manager indirect procurement
World class benefit for Employees, a Happy place to work
Nothing , everything is fantastic here
Deputy manager
Schneider as a company is good.
Schneider company is good but the Lauritz Knudsen division which was previously under L&T is hell on earth especially for women. Misogynistic and patriarchal behaviour of the men around me is one of the main reasons why I don’t like working here. The mindset of people here is too traditional. They show that they are uplifting women but that’s all it is. Women are treated badly here, every woman in the department has complained about the men but nothing ever changes. We get toilet paper in the name of tissues in the washroom. Disgusting place with disgusting people.
General manager
Collaborative environment Great innovations Fair organization
Slow growth if you get stuck in the wrong team
Sales leader
The company culture at the front lines is great and there’s a ton of amazing people that work here.
Leadership is leaning out the business and taking a lot of benefits away with little to no notice.

Schneider Electric is a strong workplace overall, offering solid benefits, good flexibility, and a supportive, values‑driven culture that many employees appreciate. The flexible work arrangements and focus on well‑being make it easier to maintain work‑life balance, and the people are often described as kind, collaborative, and inclusive.
The usual big‑company hurdles, like slower processes and occasional delays in career progression.
