Mildly less competitive pay than other technical sales jobs

Do not have remote working option.

Salary is low company to company standard. You are expected to give your best without any reward and promotion. Lot of internal politics. Once you resign then you are treated completely different. All the efforts you put will have no values. You will get feedback that'You got trained here and you are leaving'. It is very difficult to work with this kind of immature people with this kind of mindset

Better management of the graduate program will be appreciated. No propoer onboarding on the knowledge we require in our business units.

Cooperate Layoffs are just a roll of the dice away.
