Division lead cannot make it. Words they say can be flip like Prata. They take ownership at wrong way.

Sales comission structure is poor, base salary is low, Culture is a bit harsh.

I don't see any Cons.

1) Need to update on regular basis in order to survive.

1.Complex 2. Costly 3. Political 4. Limited 5. Buggy

Team , bonding, wages, allowances, leadership,

slow decision making sometimes, sometimes cliquey

Very male dominated, limited representation of women and young employees.

I hated the mandatory OT

Pay progression can be faster, Singapore building is old and stuffy too.
