Quality engineer
There are great people such as engineers, and purchasing folks that you get to meet and work with.
Quality and general management is dysfunctional. Several quality personnel have either transferred to other sites, quit, or been fired. Very poor direction and support from management. They talk bad about employees, both current and former, behind their backs. Toxic behavior.
