It's more like a start up, you will be involved everywhere for freshers and people who want to live and settle permanently in regional side of Australia is good. Same questions will be asked every week and same answer will be provided.
Lack of support from management, managers will be trained but when employee will ask for training he will be put under performance review and later process will not be followed by the managers. No point of discussing with the HR she will pretend to be supportive but doesn't know anything. Even the global team won't listen to your concerns make sure that you get your PR sorted first and after that move to other location. They hardly follow any process defined by SE. Most of the managers are here to make money and build houses they don't care about employee development. Few managers are also providing wrong data to the global team just to save themselves and when auditing will come they will blame employees so please be careful. You will be forced to work on weekends and late shifts.
