*Pay is low. *Planning is bipolar. Stop/Start/Cancel projects is constant. *Incessant focus on DEI at the expense of competence *Age discrimination is real. If you're over 50, you 're a constant target *Constant bleating about how "sustainable" the company is. Not much focus on how "sustainable" employment is. *US workers are disposable to preserve French jobs *Most interesting work and responsibility is assigned to French teams. *Corporate self-aggrandizement doesn't match employee reality. *Annual layoffs in non-French locations. *Corporate strategy is often chasing the current trendy shiny marble which creates a total lack of consistency
