Difficult to Switch for Introverts

Office is very corporate and not enough desks.

Less work from home opportunities

Lack of learning opportunities, inflexible organisational structure and company.

Hmm.. not so sure yet.

I don't have any cons due the large of the company

Basic salary is not good

mandatory OT with no exceptions aside from 1 exemption day every 6 months. Once out of 3 day sick flex paid time off you get per year get points upon being sick even if you have regular PTO remaining.

You may be sidelined sometimes as it is a big organization

good place to work but not for foreigners.

Salary can be low, program structure is weak

too many acronyms. nothing else i could think of.

Sometimes you have to work on Sundays

- Field engineering is dirty and tends to be looked down upon. - Organizational skills are all over the place. - Lack of procedures. - Corporate management and Project Management have differing and often clashing opinions on safety.

Hard to deploy innovation in production

Parking is a mess and management can micromanage

The only "cons" I could say is the hard workload but the benefits make it worthy

- Massive business and so takes some time to understand what is possible and where to go fully
