The upper management is terrible

During my nearly three-year tenure, I observed significant challenges within the department, primarily stemming from management practices. The work environment was consistently detrimental, leading to a complete absence of work-life balance. My typical workday extended to 12-14 hours, with additional weekend work often expected. Furthermore, task completion was frequently mandated under unrealistic deadlines.

Regular pay is less. Got big by acquiring business.
