Not related to Company - Feel region wise biasedness as they intended to talk in there local language ( south indian- malyalam, tamil, or etc most of the time as they are the majority) and feel left out some times, but cannot complaint as it's not work related Mostly. People are good though.

Really focused on return to office

As with any large company, sometimes management can get too focused on policies that make life harder on the everyday worker. Nothing bad, just small annoyances.

You can have meeting late or early during the day due to the fact the company works with team in different time zone

Current ABAP leadership appears under-skilled, with noticeable gaps in both technical expertise and managerial capability. The team’s reputation has declined externally, making it difficult to attract new talent, while internally many employees have already resigned or are considering leaving. No corrective actions seem to have been taken so far

too many divisions, sometimes hard to communicate and collaborate because each division have their own KPI and interest

Laid off abruptly with zero notice, zero severance, and no transition support. Company knew I was on a critical visa status; sudden termination has put me at risk of having to leave the country. No clear criteria or warning HR and leadership communication is opaque; no empathy or safety net for impacted employees.
