Tech lead
I have been with Schneider Electric for over four years, working in the SAP ABAP team, and my experience has been consistently positive. A key highlight of my journey here has been the leadership within the SAP ABAP function. The SAP ABAP leader has done an excellent job of building a culture of trust, ownership, and continuous learning. The team is encouraged to take on new challenges, try different approaches, and grow beyond defined roles. Career conversations are meaningful and well-structured, with clear inputs on individual growth paths, next steps, and long-term opportunities within the organization. The guidance provided goes beyond day-to-day work and feels more like mentorship, which has contributed significantly to my professional growth over the years. It is rare to find leadership that is both supportive and forward-thinking, and this has made my experience at Schneider Electric truly rewarding.
The compensation should be relooked at , also we had 2 days working from office earlier and now its three days which with Bengaluru traffic is pathetic.
