Schneider is a company were you always learn, it is a company that worries for their people and benefits and inclusive
I don´t have cons...I have been working for some time and I´m pretty happy with the work and opportunities the company have
Flexibility, recognition, purpose, international possibilities.
Spread out teams, knowledge sharing
Good Employee benefit policy and HR policies.
too much politics and too much unskilled people, doing politics.
a great company to work
the new hires adaptability to the culture is a little slow
Well pay for this position
Can not go home in site
Schneider Electric is a quite open in culture, the management staff are friendly and on earth, listen to the employees; it has a good environment and platform for young talents to grow and develop; the benefits are good too, say medical insurance coverage
pay increment and promotion opportunities are generally low and slow..
Competitive benefits package Competitive wages
Lacks simplicity of smaller companies
Flexible work culture, I was able to wfh 3 days a week and 2 days from office Many events took place meanwhile - opportunities to grow
The time I joined there were some changes taking place in the organization and so, the team names and hierarchy kept changing every 3 months, that didn't hinder work in any manner but I just didn't who I was reporting to after my manager at times
supportive work environment and good benefits Work-Life Balance
While there are opportunities for growth, some employees feel that career progression can be slow and that promotions are not always based on merit
Some good staff which made it fun
Some staff were very clicky including management
