There are some very good people who work at the company.
Very political. Many people looking to make a career at the expense of others.
Supportive and collaborative work environment. Opportunities for professional development and career growth. Transparent leadership that communicates company goals effectively. Competitive compensation and benefits package. Flexible work arrangements and good work-life balance.
Some internal processes could be more streamlined. Room for improvement in cross-departmental communication. Depending on the team, workload can fluctuate significantly.
