Schneider Electric is in constant evolution towards a clear purpose and provides many growth opportunities; it truly values and promotes Diversity and Inclusion to create a high-performance culture. It is truly a pleasure to work here.
I can´t think on a con about working here
-It's a really big company with a lot of benefits -Life balance -Good culture & values
-Nothing, everything is fine right now
good employees in the team
decision place is quite slow
Sufficient amount of annual leaves
Not always get to rotate
Flexible time and great exposure to global clients.
Big targets for new sales
There are not many pros, the company is good in terms of policies.
Most teams here are run by men and to demonstrate their competence, people here disparage the work of others. If you are a woman, you will have no one to look up to. Men here are passive-aggressive and there is too much physiological harassment, which put you always under pressure. There is quite a pay gap between men and women and they try to justify it. HR is merely for a name.
Treat employees well, good benefits
Lack of upward career mobility
- Inclusive culture - Commitment to sustainability - Plenty of opportunities to grow within the organization
- nothing really to dislike, you will enjoy working here
Work life Balance Flexible Work Schedule
Limited Travel Limited IT budgets to ensure usage of latest technology.
Career opportunities are plenty for young grads
For experienced employees opportunities are limited
