Many cons outweigh the little pros due to incompetent management. Many in management roles are not qualified to their roles as these roles are being filled based on discrimination & cultism . Minorities are hired to take advantage of then blame to fire. Management are pressuring employees to post positive reviews on glassdoor. Many senior aged employees in management are creating unprofessional work environment of bigotry.
