Merit increases are lower vs real inflation

Right now there are no cons.

Nothing so far i have experienced

Salary growth is poor and below average

Position required more travel than stated, sometimes last minute

No cons for me at the moment.

- Bureaucratic - Culture is stiff and political - They are only interested in what you can do for them

Too much Sales pressure to handle.

No growth, no diversity, racism issue, minimal, paid coffee

No corns as per me

1) The admin department and its services are worse than a government office 2) The Company is slow in implementing policies 3) Copies other companies/trends on workplace policies. It seems the policymakers don't have a mind of their own 4) Too many Managers and fewer employees who do the ground work 5) Their 3-month notice period policy is a bummer 6) It is difficult to fire even an underperforming employee due to the company's policies 7) Senior people who have been working for a long time in this company have turned the workplace into a government office and are rude as well. 8) The Company is slow-moving. Any changes or decisions are implemented very slowly, as they require an unnecessary number of approvals 9) The Company's insurance program is subpar compared to other organisations 10) New ideas are not much appreciated

The delhi office is not a good location

Lesser pay compared to competitors HR to be more active and responsible

no promotion structure, disconnect of people

Extremely toxic and egotistic leadership, with no empathy and regard for culture and mutual-respect. Absolute bullies, shout at employees and throw tantrums in public. Don’t believe in coaching and development. Need everything yesterday. Don’t allow challenging the status quo, just have to follow orders. Can’t voice your opinion without repercussion. Everyone works in fear of losing their job anytime. HR knows everything, but does nothing and has no power. Long hours!

Third party people less salary

Good company to work for. Left for more money. Leadership will hold you back from advancement due to lack of people to fill your role. Overall, I'd still recommend.

Everyone is regularly working 50+ hours per week. Leadership became a complete boys club over the last 18 months.

Uncertain career opportunities, problems with management

Salary distribution in hierarchy needs to be fixed

Overworked, underpaid. Lots of politics to navigate.

Path for growth, size of the company

Division lead cannot make it. Words they say can be flip like Prata. They take ownership at wrong way.

Sales comission structure is poor, base salary is low, Culture is a bit harsh.

I don't see any Cons.

1) Need to update on regular basis in order to survive.

Team , bonding, wages, allowances, leadership,

slow decision making sometimes, sometimes cliquey

Very male dominated, limited representation of women and young employees.

I hated the mandatory OT

Pay progression can be faster, Singapore building is old and stuffy too.
