Overtime pay is good! This job will always keep you busy and on the move.
On the road 80-90% of the time.
Project accountant
At Schneider I genuinely feel like I'm valued as an employee. They never let you forget that you make important contributions to the company, and I feel like they reflect this in your pay. We also have a plethora of benefits offered to us (outside of the usual PTO/Holiday/etc.), so many that it's really difficult to know all of the options. They are very invested in helping you advance in your career or even branch out to a different part of the company, and as someone who has at times struggled with knowing what my next move forward could be, it's made a huge difference to me.
Problem people are given way too many chances (NOT for extreme offenses, more-so people that are hard to work for/with, or people that don't so their job to the point that it impacts others). The company can also be a little too stiff and corporate in some regards, and it feels as though there's expectation that you genuinely care about corporate happenings.

Work life balance, rewards programs, decent systems
It's a global company which makes it difficult when making changes. Everyone needs their hand in it. Everything is getting moved off shore which can make it more difficult as cultures don't always align.
