Concerns about working from home

A lot of travel available, with hybrid roles for engineers not possible. Pay scales and salary progression not a transparent system. Previously, company car scheme was actually salary sacrifice, with their contributions being very low, but has since been dramatically improved.

It has very bad culture,

In The Netherlands they removed almost every Dutch Managing Board member and replaced them with foreigners who have authorian behaviour . Employees have 0 rights to speak any more. For 5 years we were allowed to come to the office for at least 1 day a week and could work from home the other days. Now with only a 2 weeks notice we must go back to the office. It was told in a very cold and rude way.

Bad company for developing yourself.

Less salary and appreciation portal is there but no one uses it positively. Less motivation from higher management side.

Slow on promotion in couple years

Large matrix structure (A con only if you can’t navigate such an environment)

Unclear path of career growth
