Field service engineer
Schneider Electric is a very ethical employer, who follows through on their sustainability agenda with policy. Recently improved policy to offer private healthcare to graded employees, including they regularly demonstrate their commitment to being a valuable employer.
A lot of travel available, with hybrid roles for engineers not possible. Pay scales and salary progression not a transparent system. Previously, company car scheme was actually salary sacrifice, with their contributions being very low, but has since been dramatically improved.

In The Netherlands they removed almost every Dutch Managing Board member and replaced them with foreigners who have authorian behaviour . Employees have 0 rights to speak any more. For 5 years we were allowed to come to the office for at least 1 day a week and could work from home the other days. Now with only a 2 weeks notice we must go back to the office. It was told in a very cold and rude way.
