Meet some interesting people in various positions and develop your skill set as a stepping stone for a subpar salary.
Company feels like high school. Take that as how you interpret that. Management is a joke and sometimes braindead depending on who your manager is, their experience, and the location you're at. It makes you question how they got into their position and what they do on the day to day. Depending on who your surrounded with your either going to sink or swim due the lack of training. Somedays it feels like a joke. Corporate cucking, brown-nosing, bootlicking, and gossiping are some the experiences you may come across. Expect to work beyond your regular shift hours regularly. Ironically the company preaches work life balance but its anything but that (Look at the turnover rate). Everyone is on different pages, especially when it comes to safety, meeting project deadlines, and personal accountability for their job area. The blame game is strong. Safety incidents are common, and the more serious issues tend to be hush hush. Additionally expect to come across poor housekeeping, outdated software/equipment, software migration issues, and poor training from a document/word of mouth (if you're lucky) to adjust. It's a joke and very unprofessional.

You are guaranteed to obtain 40 hours of pay weekly. Work gets pretty easy to catch on and repetitive.
Supervisors are really strict and companies desire to push product becomes a headache as management prefers to point the finger at the workers rather than find solutions to handle the product work load vs the available manpower.
