The truth is, I have not had bad experiences, whenever I need a day they give it to me, whenever I feel bad, they give me permission to go check myself, I could say that if you do not give the metric they are going to scold you and if you still that way, they won't hesitate to fire you, but I see that as fair, they give us very good benefits to not give up.
