Work life balance is very good, non-stressful work environment for the most part. Very good vacation time, with the ability to purchase additional time.
Not enough management for the amount of employees, and there is too much red tape to get things done sometimes.
Marketing manager
Large company, established industry name, good benefits etc. all the things that come with being a good company. Work-from-home opportunities.
If your company is acquired by SE you may be let go without any severance pay at all, prepare and save around the acquisition so you aren't impacted. Culture is nonexistent and strange, This is a huge company so there are good areas and bad ones. Some areas have terrible managers who seem to have high energy without attention to detail.
