- Good work culture - Hybrid - Growth opportunities
- Disorganized management - Corporate politics
Global director
Can’t think of any pros for the leadership of Global Marketing at all levels of the organization. Their lack of experience leading and managing people is palpable. So much so that this organization had to be disbanded. Good call!
The leadership is horrible, even those who graduate from INSEAD program. Leadership lacks transparency and tends to make decisions without consulting or considering feedback from employees, which creates a disconnect between management and the team. Management abruptly laid off a near retirement age employee with no notice or grace period to find a new position, showing a complete disregard for loyalty and fairness. The company needs to show more respect for long-term employees by providing notice periods and career transition assistance instead of abrupt terminations. But when you have cowards posing as leadership I don’t see how this is possible!

- Good work life balance. 9-5pm with hybrid working and very flexible - Great learning opportunity if you come from a smaller company. Schneider has a lot of opportunities to learn and improve as professional. But not for long. Would recoe
- all processes are really slow. You have to wait up to 6 months for simple stuff to get approved such as external training - innovation is sub par. All new innovations now focus on AI without knowing exactly how it is going to be used. Schneider data management systems sold to clients are subpar. Resource Advisor is terrible. - lack of funding for improvements of service offerings. - poor management - very old school/boomer mentality.
