Bad mangement, bad culture, less salary

There isn’t a lot of training for specific roles, so you really have to learn as you go and be a self starter.

Workplace culture does not match the values advertised Harassment and discrimination concerns are ignored or minimized HR often sides with managers instead of protecting employees Management support is poor and accountability is lacking Favoritism and unfair treatment affect growth and recognition Employees are afraid to speak up due to fear of retaliation

Not a lot of Schneider Contract, only external contract.

It can be hard to watch how certain people are treated in the Hatfield office especially when management chime in on the gossip and swear across rooms & talk about their teams as they leave the room, it’s hard to watch. The women on the services team in secure power need serious corporate training, it’s like high school on that side of the office. The women of color get talked about like they are lesser people, but they sit and smile. A very very toxic group. If I thought change would come from a complaint, I would help. But it has been happening for years and people come and go. Very sad to witness.
