Great benefits, private healthcare, minimum 25 days PTO but you can get more gifted by colleagues, or for education, etc. In July and August, on Fridays we go home after 4 hours. Parental support is awesome, fathers get 4 weeks on top of 12 months provided by state that they can share with wives, and 100% of salary is covered during parental leave. Free gym, lunch paid up to 400 RSD every day. Lots of different orgs with vastly different tech stacks, so you can usually find something you like, and they support internal mobility. Local management in Novi Sad and HR is really good, but there's a chance you won't report to them.
