New managers severely lack direction for employees. When asked if there is more one can do, their answer is to just meet your end of year goals. But you get dinged for not going above and beyond. This causes confusion and your growth stalls.

It’s a large organisation and career progression can be slow. Schneider sometimes feels like a government organisation and is slow in its processes. This is however an advantage for those who take ownership and push things forward.
