Company focused on employee development and well-being. I have witnessed different initiatives to take care of the employees, for their development as well as for their engagement. The company have hard metrics to measure a team's engagement, and the manager and its team are expected to come up with an engagement plan to keep everyone motivated, so it is not only 1 way effort, but is it between the management and the employees as well. Company is growing a lot, so lot of career opportunities as well!
Maybe because Schneider is focused on employees feeling great about their well-being and development, sometimes you can see some employees taking advantage of the system and not performing at the level of expectations. And you don't see clear consequences to these employees. But other than that is great working in here!
