Location near to LRT. It's good if you can take advantage of the system
Too much direction from Group Level. Everything needs to be standardized among colleges although limited resources. Senior lecturer too powerful. Senior lecturers enjoy flexible working hours while new staff needs to work within office hours plus weekend class. Some lecturers got no suitable credentials. In 2021, almost half of the staff resigned.

Friendly environment, provide challenges in building up career.
Office politics, lack of parking, keep on changing in terms of management direction i.e when new member of the top management came in, the previous practice totally changed.
Colleagues are fun to work with, they get me through the working days
No promotions, minimal bonuses, and hardly any salary increments. Management doesn't listen to employees. They direct us to do things without proper planning, just because another university is doing it. Often, there are changes, and our time and effort end up being wasted

The workload is seasonal. Depends on the orientation and graduation day. That is the times you will be busy. Great colleague. Equal mix of Chinese, Malays and Indian employee. Very well established company that you don't have to worry about turnover. You're high likely to get bonus and increment every year
Most bosses are fussy. Many unlikable by their own staff. some work procedure is unclear. Sometimes cheating in order to get the work done. Very low increment every year.
